Seriously??
Low hand is obviously the opposite of a high hand where straights and flushes don't count. A2345 is the nut low...five card combination with no pair(s), doesn't matter what suit(s). You determine who wins the low by the highest cards. In this case, 5 is the highest card, so you have 5 high.
A2TJK vs 89TJQ = you have K high vs Q high...doesn't matter that the first hand goes as low as the Ace...just matters that he has K, J, T high which loses to QJT high since K is a higher card than Q - we're looking for the lowest. A2457 vs A2357...second hand wins...push on the 7, push on the 5, hand two has 3 hand 1 has 4 (for their third card) 3 is lower than 4 so 3 wins.
Get it? I'm a bit drunk at the moment, but that makes sense to me...lol. Go play some razz, you'll get the hang of it.

I should add that in Omaha h/l to qualify for a low hand your highest card can't be higher than an 8...I was thinking razz in my previous explination. So, in Omaha h/l your worst low hand can be 45678.

Player 2 has an 8 in his five-card hand. Player 1 has five cards, all lower than 8, so his hand is lower.
In the second example:
Player 1 does not have a low hand (you need five low cards, with no pairs)
Player 2 does not have a low
Player 3's A7 makes a 7654A, which is the only low hand in the example.

In the second example:
Player 1 does not have a low hand (you need five low cards, with no pairs)
Player 2 does not have a low
Player 3's A7 makes a 7654A, which is the only low hand in the example.
In the second example...
Player 1 holds xx45
Player 2 holds xx36
Board shows xxA78
Player 1 plays 8754A. Player 2 plays 8763A.
Player 1 wins the low.

In a third example...
Player 1 holds A2KK.
Player 2 holds A377.
Flop comes 345.
Player 1 holds the nut low and a wheel straight. Player 2 holds bottom pair, top kicker, and a low draw. As it stands, Player 1 would win the whole pot.
Turn comes a 2. Board is 2345 rainbow, no possible flushes.
Now player 1 still holds the nut low, playing A2 from his hand and 345 from the board, and a wheel straight, playing the same cards. Also, player 2 has the nut low, playing A3 from his hand, and 245 on the board, and a wheel straight, using the same cards. As it stands, both players would chop both pots.
River comes a 6. Board is 23456, again, no possible flushes.
Player 1 still holds the nut low and the wheel straight, playing A2 from his hand and 345 on the board. Player 2 also has the nut low, playing A3 from his hand and 245 on the board. However, player 2 now has a 7-high straight, playing 37 from his hand, and 456 from the board. As it stands, the two players would split the low pot, but player 2 wins the whole hi pot.

Did I misread the second example, or what?

the easiest way to decide the winner: take all 5 low cards and put them in a row. start with the highest and go down.
So with 23 vs A8 and the board is 345
hand 1 has 23456
hand 2 had A3458
so if you start with the highest it is over there. the 6 low wins
if you have 24 vs 34 and the board is A78
hand 1 has A2478
hand 2 has A3478
so if you start with the highest is is over when you get to the 2 and 3. and the 2 would have the best hand.
